It’s that time of year, some of you are ecstatic you won’t have screaming and yelling in your house again every Sunday until Fall… Others, like myself will miss it, a lot. I love Football Sundays, it’s guaranteed time with my man, cooking all day, Coors Light, lucky shirts, and good old fashion American competition.
I love all things football, but for my soon to be Mr it is a religious experience. I don’t quite know what to label it, but it is a passion few have for anything in life. The fact that the San Francisco 49ers are playing takes this Sunday to a whole new level. Now we have food. I love food, but have a passion for cooking. I love finding ways to make our tailgating favorites not as fattening without compromising flavor… Not always possible to lower calories, but I love trying

If you don’t care about the game, there is an equal amount of time of other things to watch, Alicia Keys is singing the National Anthem, Beyoncé is the Half Time performance and the BEST commercials you’ll see all year will be debuted. If that’s not enough to get you excited… You have a free pass to start drinking early and go overboard if you’d like… If you’re still not excited, well, I’m sure we’d never be friends.
