Fast & East Marinara Sauce Recipe

  • 2 TBSP Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 1/2 Cups Chopped Onion
  • 2 TBSP Minced Garlic (FRESH GARLIC)
  • 28 Oz Can San Marzano Whole Tomatoes
  • 15 Oz Tomato Sauce
  • 1 TBSN Kosher Salt
  • Crushed Pepper to taste (I do about 1 TBSP)
  • 1 TBSP Italian Seasoning

In a Medium Sized Sauce Pot over Medium heat, add Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Onion. Cook until translucent about 7 Minutes, then add Garlic, cook another Minute or two. Then, add your Whole Tomatoes crush them with your fingers while putting them into the pot. Stir in Tomato Sauce, Kosher Salt, Crushed Pepper and Italian Seasonings. Bring to a light Boil and reduce heat to low for 20 Minutes. This can be used for ANYTHING!
